- What counts as a rescue?
- Any time an operator takes control of a robot. Watching costs nothing; you pay for robots covered, and rescue cover includes two hands-on hours per robot each month.
- Why is sharing data cheaper?
- Recordings of humans fixing robots are valuable for training better robot models. Sharing lets us fund cheaper cover from that value. It is anonymised, stays in the EU, and you can switch it off at the end of any month.
- Can we use our own operators in the day and yours at night?
- Yes. That is the most common setup we plan for. Your team and ours use the same control tower, and handover is a schedule, not a migration.
- Which robots do you support?
- Arms, mobile robots and mobile manipulators running ROS 2 today. Humanoids and custom stacks by arrangement during the design-partner programme.
- Is there a contract?
- Monthly for software. Rescue cover starts with a 30-day pilot on a few robots, then monthly.
